Preview the "Fall into Love" Collection

This collection is a two part series welcoming the changing season through a mixture of Fall still life and summer landscapes. The collection was formed in order to showcase new works at the Arts at Sutherland show in the Sutherland Estate and Gardens in Wake Forest, NC on Sept 20-21. Little did I know that the landscape pieces would be a turning point in my art career. As I painted the landscapes, it helped me realize how much I love a serene farm scene.

Something about the simplicity of the countryside calls to me the most. Maybe my simple, grounded nature is responsible for that. I feel at ease and most in peace when I am painting farm scenes. And this realization finally helped me lockdown my signature style. So, stay tuned to enjoy more farm landscape paintings from me in the future.

I haven’t really painted much Fall scenes ever since I started my art career back in 2020. So, I was really itching to paint some pumpkins still life this time. And I have been painting a lot of blue and white chinoiseries lately, so I thought this trendy chic design will be perfect to go with the pumpkins as well. Few days back, I painted a commission of “Lemon Bowl” with the blue and white chinoiserie pattern, and that piece gained so much popularity as a kitchen art, that I decided to throw in the same concept with Fall pumpkins.

I hope you get to enjoy these pieces as much as I loved painting them as always. My hope is always to create meaningful art that can be cherished for year long and generations to come. But occasionally, I do create some seasonal contents that are equally memorable, significant and worthy in people’s life.
